| Freight |
Free freight on orders of $500 or more to domestic locations
only. International customers will pay for freight either collect
or prepaid. Arrangements and specifics for international customers
are to be made by the customer to ease problems with customs
and other country specific issues. |
| Freight Policy |
All shipments are FOB Philomath, OR 97370 or Ogden, UT 84404.
Our responsibility ceases (and title passes) when the shipment
is delivered to the carrier (especially for overseas shipments).
We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Claims should be made directly with the carrier, but we will
work with you to correct any difficulties as best we can. |
| Returns |
Returns must be arranged verbally or in writing from Get A
Grip Inc. All returns must show original invoice number and
date. A handling charge of 15% of the net value as well as transportation
charges in both directions will be charged if the return is
not our error. |
| Back Orders |
Merchandise not in stock at the time of the order will be
back ordered and shipped when available unless we are otherwise
noticed. Original freight conditions will prevail. |
| New Customers |
We welcome new accounts. We request credit and banking references.
We request resale number, all addresses, fax and phone numbers
and names of important contact personnel. We ask that the initial
order be prepaid by check, credit card or direct bank transfer. |
| Custom Orders |
Custom orders of colors or imprints will require a deposit.
